Introducing our New “M” Fin

We’re proud to introduce our new “M” fin, available on any of our heating or cooling coils. The M fin features a corrugated fin pattern that is less pronounced than our Turbex sine wave fin, offering lower air pressure drop while still providing increased heat transfer efficiency compared to a standard flat fin. Depending on your specific application, the new “M” fin could be the ideal solution.

Choose from 3 fin styles to meet your exact needs!

  • Turbex Fin
    Our sine wave fin offers the most dramatic wave pattern, which creates greater air turbulence, providing the highest heat transfer efficiency, while also increasing air pressure drop.
  • M Fin
    Designed with a less pronounced wave than a Turbex fin, our M fin offers a balance between high heat transfer efficiency and low air pressure drop.
  • Flat Fin
    A flat fin surface minimizes air turbulence, resulting in the lowest air pressure drop and a lower heat transfer capability. Flat fins are also less likely to collect debris and are easier to clean.

All three fin styles are available in either copper or aluminum, depending on your needs. All Marlo Heat Transfer Solutions coils are custom designed and built, so you can always choose the fin pattern and material that best meets the unique needs of your specific application.
